"Cheerful, efficient and helpful staff. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean and provided fresh sheets every day. Coffee bar was replenished every day. The front office staff were cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. Check-in and check-out accomplished within 5 minutes. Breakfast spread was sufficiently comprehensive. Just need to replenish finished items promptly during peak period. Good spread of bread, pastries and kuih kuih. The hotel could do with 24-hour room service for late arriving guests. It was a very pleasant 4-day stay at this hotel. "

"Nice spacious rooms and good views over the sea. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only slight negatives was tgat the bars clided at 10pm which is a littke early, and some of the "hot" breakfast items were not kept that hot. But overall thoroughly recommend the Grandis when staying in Kota Kibabalu and we would not hesitate to stay again."

"Fantastic location for the airport. We booked this as we had an early morning flight the following morning and only stayed for one night, but could easily have spent longer here. The apartment was well appointed, and beautiful, with very comfortable beds. The pool area was lovely too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend as a good option for families and very reasonably priced. "

"Bed was comfy, room seemed abit dated for a new hotel. Hinges of the shower were creaking and lots of dirt under the sink. Hotel had terrible access road as we were driving, and parking was not available and had to park at govt issued parking on the road side. A car next to us had its window smashed in one morning, and I guess that shows the lack of safety without own compound."
