Cutlery were missing on the tables and we had to wait over 40 mins for our omelette, which is the longest I recall waiting for eggs at any hotel. The buffet had many empty trays that were not replenished. One of the staff was overheard telling some guests that the restaurant gets very busy after 9am, so it's better they...

"Not to be confused with the holiday inn hotel next to Komtar. But for the price with 2 rooms in a not so convenient location, it was great!! Not really recommended if you do not drive…but if you do, it is a 5-7 mins drive to City Square."

"Eco friendly with a water dispenser provided in the room but very noisy in the middle of the night when the dispenser automatically run to maintain its temperature. May consider a common dispenser provided outside common corridor and each room with recycle water bottles. Thank you "
