Good customer service

Wonderful stay! Comfy room, the most pleasant hosts, easy parking, easy walk to restaurants/hiking trails. 10/10 stay!

The Old Mill Inn was a most pleasant experience. I had requested extra pillows and an extra blanket. When we opened our door, there was the extra blanket and a total of 10 pillows! They don't just hand you a key and send you to your room, they take you up to your room and show you around to make sure you understand how to use all the appliances and lights. Customer service was superb!

The property was amazing - nice room and a big bathroom. The breakfast was amazing made with a very personalized touch! If you are looking for peace and quite away from the town - this is the place! Lovely hosts and very helpful! Thank you

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The breakfast was really delicious, with great quality and plenty of choices. We stayed here specifically to visit the Enchanted Forest, and the location was perfect! It’s within walking distance of the bus stop for the event, which made everything incredibly convenient. A very special thank you to Colum, who was incredibly helpful, super nice, and went above and beyond to make...

Centrally located. Friendly staff. Clean. Wonderful breakfast.

Staff here was very nice. It is not walkable to downtown Inverness but if you have a car it works well. Good breakfast options and room was nice size. We stayed in the new building, only complaint was that there was a green safety light above the window that shown brightly the entire night and kept us both up. UGH!

lovely old building, walking distance to town and trails.

Beautiful, clean suite in a great location.

Everything about our stay was outstanding. If I could give Heather a10++++++, I would. The unit was immaculate. Very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable living room. Bed and bed sheets were superb. 10 min drive from town in a wonderful neighborhood. We walked down the hill to the grocery store. Just our best stay on our 4 week stay in Ireland/Scotland.

Está un poco retirado de Inverness. El lugar es limpio, los cuartos y baños de de buen tamaño y el personal muy amable.

Awesome location just off hiking trails and moderate walk to fun and restaurants etc.

Great location, friendly staff

The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice trails in the Reserve very close to the hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Also while there was a misunderstanding with the booking, the owners were very understanding and we were able to sort it out smoothly, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
