"We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. Rooms were dirty, walls were damaged, juicy or vomit on the floor, the sofa was badly stained and super dirty, toilet was licking and made a bad noise all night, sheets were dirty, no hair drier, no basic hygiene objects, with stinky hair and with a lot of small hauls, the shower didn' t work because the hot water...

"Location was great. Food was plentiful, varied and very good. I am a non-skier and was planning on working out a lot while hubby skied. Website stated that there was yoga, and it looked as though there would be about 5 classes/day...well, we were told onsite that there was no yoga instructor this year- please update your site!? The Norwegian spa on the roof was unavailable as well. Steam room/sauna were nice. Pool was lovely...when it was warm enough. "

"Lovely hotel just out of town but they shuttle you in and out (and to the slopes) - 5 min drive max. And I walked into town this evening - 15 mins downhill. "What can I say, a fantastic hotel experience!! Clean, extremely comfortable and excellent service from all staff! Lovely breakfast, great location, Cosy bar area, nearby covered parking and a lovely little spa. The outdoor pool boasts amazing views of the mountains, just magical!! I highly recommend this lovely little property, my only improvement comment is the toilet roll provided in rooms which is a little too rough, so I purchased my own. Other than that, our experience was faultless....
