"Our room was on the side facing the bus loading area and was quite noisy. Also it was hot. No AC but had to close windows because of noise. On the plus side they had a very nice pool and great restaurant. Also I left a pair if glasses there and they mailed them home."

"Me and my wife shared an absolutely superb 3 nights at Le Grand Montets Hotel. The location itself is in a very peaceful Argentière. Wry warm welcome from the staff on arrival. The hotel is beautiful, typically Savoie with lots of cool decorations throughout. The spa is great for winding down at the end of a busy day. "Absolutely stunning hotel, with exceptional service from start to finish. The attention to detail was spot on, and they even realised it was my birthday during the stay and left a birthday message and small selection of local produce in the room which was a lovely touch and surprise. Thank you so much for a brilliant few nights. "

"We had a beautiful suite on the 5th floor. Very cool with 2 showers, 2 sinks, separate toilet, sitting area, spacious bed area. Having to take 2 elevators up to the room was odd but not a big inconvenience. Staff was very helpful. No A/C but opening windows solved the problem. "

"Attached to the thermal baths and Nordic Spa is super convenient (access included in hotel rate). Staff try really hard to make it a pleasant experience. The rooms are reasonably up to date, though the bathrooms are smallish, particularly the showers. Dining options are slightly limited with the onsite buffet and the nearby Chalet a la carte Swiss traditional food. The included breakfast was decent basic offering, not high end. Overall a very pleasant and convenient way to do the Bains. "
