"Grear room, excellent helpful staff. Servicing and cleaning of the room was exceptional. Location of the hotel could not be better. Well done to everyone. A couple of gripes though. The roof swimming pool does not open until June 1st. Disappointing for those that like cold water swimming. There is the sea of course but not really suitable close to the hotel. "Clean room and good central location"

"Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Nacht war wegen der gut isolierten Fenster sehr angenehm ruhig und die Klimaanlage hat sehr gute Dienste geleistet. Das Frühstück war etwas langweilig, aber ausreichend. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Möglichkeit, Kaffeespezialitäten bei der Bar zu bekommen. Viel leckerer, als aus dem Automaten beim Buffet."

"Palazzo Caracciolo has been our go-to hotel for over a decade whenever we visit Naples, we go there once a year since my family leaves there. The staff is consistently fantastic, always helpful and courteous. Gennaro DS is the best!"

"Property was amazing. Staff was helpful. Location was central but surrounding area was not too clean. Great for access to attractions and restaurants. Far from costal area which was great."

"We stayed in a King bed with sofa bed room. We had 4 adults sharing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The King bed was comfortable and bed sheets were soft. The sofa bed was also comfortable. The mini bar fridge was a nice addition since it was well stocked with drinks & snacks, 1st round free! Only negative about this room was the open shower. It was awkward figuring out who’s showering without someone peeking in. "

"Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities."
