"The Front Desk didn't really provide much about the amenities upon check-in. The Cleaning Staff were amazing, attentive, and courteous. The grounds were well kept and I was able to walk around in the area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."

"I read a lot of reviews saying this hotel was outdated but we had a completely different experience. When entering the hotel the lobby was very nice, and our rooms were very clean and spacious. I felt that this hotel was VERY up to date and the facilities were great. "This place is SO worth the money! Will absolutely be back. Avoid Landry's seafood though. Not worth the price at all. Favorites were the aquarium (got to pet sharks, jellyfish, and stingrays), the train shed for food (drinks and bruschetta were incredible), and the grand hall show. Food at the station grille was meh. "

"Our trip was to go to an away soccer game. The hotel was convenient for walking to the stadium and for walking to the Arch, which was also one of the things on our list. The staff was very helpful during our stay for eating suggestions and for answered all of our questions."

"It is very family friendly. Their pool area was amazing. It was a shallow pool at 4 ft, but had pool toys for the kids. There was a children's scavenger hunt, as well as one for adults, and both have prizes! The breakfast had a variety of food, which was delicious.
