"The TV wasn’t working correctly. We called the front desk and the said they would send an “engineer” but no one ever showed up. The train is extremely loud, they provide ear plugs but that seems unsafe to use. The floor we on stayed was going through renovations and kind of messy. We didn’t have a horrible experience, but for the price I expected more."
