"Very clean, quite well laid out room. One of the best we have stayed at. Would like to see more towels & wash rags in the rooms.
My only complaint would be one of the ladies in food service needs to put a smile on her face and not get so mad when you tell her that they are out of food it was close to shut down time and was not happy that asked for fruit. I wish I had a name I can't describe her because people would take it that I was discriminateing towards her.But all in all a 10 rating"
"There were bugs crawling inside the room. The first night I heard sound and did not find where the bug flew inside. I used my sandals from flight to kill it. Then I reported to the front desk the next morning. The bed sheet looked clean so I decided not to move out. The second night, the same kind bug appeared on the wall, I killed it again and the next morning I reported to the front desk and asked if these bugs bite or harmful, they told me they were just normal insects because there are field around. I joked that if I can have special discount. Then I left to work. When I came back in the late afternoon, my room was locked and I needed to go to talk in the front desk. The manager was waiting there, she told me I can leave immediately with my refund(not total, partial refund). Absolutely no discount. I did not mean to have discount because I felt the unknown bugs did not bite. The manager also accused me to open the door intentionally and let the bugs fly inside. I was astonished and did not prepare to move out. I had to stay one last night and the last night I found a real cockroach crawling through the leak under the room door around 6 pm. The cleaning cart was outside my room. This time I did not report because the motel did not care customer feelings and attitude was bad. I saw more roaches outside near the public trach can when I checked out early morning the next day."
"My family and I only stayed there for one night so it served its purpose, but the room itself wasn’t cleaned throughly. There was a sticky substance under the night stand in between the beds. The pull out bed was dirty. There wasn’t enough water pressure coming from the sink for the restroom and the water wouldn’t drain properly."
"Hotel is essentially at 2005 hotel with a fresh coat of paint. Photos were deceptive. First room had a shower with zero water pressure, less than most/all water fountains. Second room TV didn’t work. Third room was fine. Breakfast was offered for $16, no thanks. I would stay elsewhere next time."
"We are big fans of Drury hotels and this hotel did not disappoint! The hotel must be new because it was very clean from the parking lot to the room. All the staff was personable and helpful."
