"Staff were so friendly and helpful. The mount fuji view was the most amazing part of the stay. Super breakfast and onsen experience are just add on to these services. There is bus service every hour from hotel to railway station and back. I really recommend this stay for everyone. Hotel amenities were good. Japan hospitality is so great. Really enjoyed the stay. Cons:- bed was little hard. So i used two beds and 2 pillows to get proper sleep ( part of japan traditional beds on the floor) . "

"Thisnis a destination hotel and THE placee to stay. Not only are the grounds flowers and dinners above and beyond, the roof top bath is the best- looks right into Fujisan. These folks have thought of everything and their staff is a very thoughtful team. If you have logistical questions they respond on time in English. "
