"Everything was amazing, from the gentlemen who checked us in to everyone else we encountered. The issue was our room was set to 26 degrees centigrade and even with turning off the system and opening the outside door the room would only cool to about 20-21 and was back up to 26 in a couple of hours. Cleaning staff indicated to just turn it off. 26 is crazy to heat a hotel to, from a sleeping and an energy perspective. Beds are comfy and have great duvets- no reason to set heat so high"

"We arrived very late at night but got a lovely welcome from reception. Room was clean and spacious. Easy access to the train station to get into Paris and Disney.
