"The hotel is very convenient because it is located within Nagoya station and is a real oasis from that crowded and noisy place. Everything seems new and in top condition. "Amazing stay. Room was impeccable and well appointed. Hotel staff were polite and professional. Club lounge was spacious and had a good view. Food was slightly on the led down with smaller portions and not much variety during the evening. Staff were helpful and I do understand that the majority of their clientele are domestic, it would help if the lounge staff were a little more fluent in English. None the less , they did try their best to assist and were always full of smiles. "
