"The hotel is grand in size and style, everything from the lobby to the elevator is majestic. It was a bit difficult to find initially, but I blame google maps for that! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel isn't far from namba station, so easily accessible."

"Good location n very helpful staff"

"Good location, good breakfast, reasonable price."

"二段ベットに子供たちが大喜びでした"

"Our stay was good. Everything was convenient with food places and transportation."

"Although check-in was later than what we would’ve liked, check-in was quick and efficient. We apreciated the possibility to leave our bags locked in storage before we could do the check-in. The room was very spacious, clean and well equiped. Comfortable big beds! Overall very good value for money."

"Very spacious rooms, the beds were very comfortable! Extremely clean."

"Loved staying here, check in was easy. Lovely and clean room. We will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Japan again. Everything was so clean. I love the balcony too. Super nice view!"

"The lack of staff made it a little less personable. The location was ok. Was close to a don quixote, train station, and lively area."

"Room is quite spacious. A mini crib was provided (at an extra cost) and still had plenty of room for our family of 4. Amenities were good. Elevator was fast. One drawback was we could hear the footsteps and sounds of the unit above us. Wasn’t super loud but was audible even with our sound machine."

"綺麗で広めでネトフリなども見放題で、コンビニもすぐ横にあって快適でした！！ありがとうございました！"
