"The room was good and spacious. Parking very convenient and good location easy to access and walking distance from the city center. The spa is a wonderful plus. "Unfortunately the young woman at the desk did not speak any English despite the website saying they had multi-lingual staff, this made it very challenging. Also the room was up a few flights of stairs and not air-conditioned, and it was an extremely hot time in France, there was one weak fan in the room, it made our stay very uncomfortable. "
