tolles Hotel in wunderschöner Lage im Elsass, von hier aus sind tolle Ausflüge in alle Richtungen möglich. Wir hatten ein schönes, ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick in die Rheinebene und mit modernem Bad. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das lag auch am guten Essen, sowohl Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr lecker und sehr zu empfehlen, aber nicht gerade günstig. Als Abwechslung bietet sich das Restaurant A l'Ami Fritz gegenüber an. Der Wellnessbereich ist groß und sehr gepflegt. Die Liegen waren meistens belegt, da auch Besucher von außerhalb kamen. In der Saison bekommt man sicher nur schwer einen Platz. Das ist aber der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Inadmissible ! Animaux de compagnie admis était il noté sur le site de l'établissement... Sauf qu'à la réception le jour J de l'arrivée, on nous dit que les Animaux ne sont admis nulle part ailleurs que dans les chambres !!!! Tous les acces piscine espace gazon uuextérieur interdit, restaurant idem, bar idem !! Du jamais vu dans ce genre d'établissement s'il edt noté que les Animaux dont admis ! Mesdames messieurs si vous emmenez votre compagnon partout avec vous dabs le sac, même petit, vous navez acces à aucune prestation en couple ! A moins de lzisser votre animal seul dans la chambre pendant que vous prenez du bon temps. Purement inadmissible et site a tendance mensongère ! Mais vous ne le decouvrez qu'a votre arrivée. Qui plus est, hitels.com prebd 30% sur le sejour et en plus lhotel vous licre une chambre avec une toute petite fenetre via la réservation hotels.com

Pour nos 20 ans de mariage, nous nous sommes offert une nuitée dans une suite de cet hôtel d’un confort exceptionnel. Tout était parfait, l’’accueil, le confort et la décoration magnifique, le personnel très sympathique et serviable, un chef de rang d’un professionnalisme poussé à l’extrême, la suite grandiose avec de la dominique partout, 3 téléviseurs, sauna dans la chambre, baignoire à bulles etc etc, enfin le dîner juste incroyable. Un grand bravo à tous pour ce court séjour inoubliable

Week-end marché de Noël

L’hôtel est propre avec des chambres spacieuses. Design local un peu vieux jeux. Spa et piscines. Le seul bémol est le personnel d’accueil de l’hôtel et le pdj. Pas attentionnés, à peine un regard au petit déjeuner. Il semble que l’important est de bien vérifier le numéro de chambre sur la liste sans regarder les clients et aucun sourire. Au check out nous avons été facturés de la totalité, même si nous avions payé via hôtels.col. Pas une excuse, très décevant. Quel dommage.

Nous venions 3 fois/ ans avant la période covil. (noms de Carbonera ou Villaros) Nous avons profité de congés inopinés pour venir passer deux nuits et profiter de votre espace détente. Nos points de surprise concernent le petit déjeuner qui a perdu de sa splendeur, qui devient trop commun pour votre type d'établissement. Ensuite, les hammams sont fermés , covil oblige. Je ne remet pas en cause les règles sanitaires, je pense juste qu'il serait bon d'avertir le client. Toujours au niveau détente, présence d'un bracelet perdu au bord de la piscine intérieure ( coté rochers ), idem pour les 5 ou 6 bêtes d'humidité mortes et toujours là après 2 nuits de présence. Apparition d'une grosse araignée au niveau du premier sauna. Impression hygiène de l'espace détente plutôt décevante par ces détails cités plus hauts. La chambre est agréable, le service également. Je ne cherche à être blessant, juste critique pour donner mon regard de client.

paesaggio da fiaba, hotel molto carino, arredato un po' troppo (per i miei gusti) all'antica... pare pero' che ci siano altre camere arredate modernamente. Il personale della reception molto gentile e disponibile. Cosi' dicasi dei camerieri che hanno servito a tavola al ritorante Gourmet situato all'interno dell'hotel stesso. la stanza, non era proprio conforme alle mie aspettative, in quanto arredata in modo antico, un po' troppo scura e con la moquette a terra.... pero' in compenso era abbastanza ampia, con un salottino e due televisioni.... vista su di un muro di fiori, pulizia impeccabile Il cibo molto buono, la materia prima fresca e di qualità... un pochino meno simpatico il menu che annuncia piatti con nomi ridondanti che a me italiana non è dato a capire, vero pero' che basta chiedere spiegazioni al cameriere o al maitre e tutto viene chiarito.vIno eccellente per quanto riguarda la SPA, molto carina con diverse saune e diversi hammam, piccolo neo alla reception, in quanto l'addetta non ha dato informazioni se non sbrigative alla mia richiesta, ed il pavimento bagnato sul quale ho rischiato piu volte di scivolare malgrado l'attenzione nel camminare. (c'era il cartello giallo chon il simbolo del pavimento bagnato). direi che la vacanza è stata profiqua e che ci tornere volentier in um futuro non troppo lontano

WE détente en Alsace

De retour dans cet établissement pour un séjour de 2 nuits en couple. Prestations toujours au top aussi bien pour la chambre (lit king size confortable, salle de bain avec grande baignoire d'angle, belle terrasse... même si les températures négatives ne nous ont pas permis de l'apprécier à sa juste valeur), que pour la partie spa / détente. Décoration de charme et soin du détail à tous les étages ! Nul doute que nous y reviendrons pour un futur séjour et pourquoi pas en saison pour y découvrir sa piscine extérieure. Le seul point "négatif" à signaler est le prix du petit déjeuner, conforme à ce qui peut se faire dans ce type d'établissement, mais clairement hors de prix, surtout quand ce dernier est inclus dans le tarif de la chambre pour les occupants de la Résidence du Château. Mais vu qu'il n'est pas obligatoire, il suffit de s'en priver et le problème est résolu ;-)

Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Spa. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Die Matratze war mir persönlich zu weich. Das Restaurant gastronomique lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Essen war hervorragend und der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Das Spa konnten wir sehr geniessen, wir hatten reichlich Platz, da es sehr wenige Leute hatte. Ottrott ist ein schönes Dorf, von wo aus man auch gleich Wanderungen unternehmen kann, z.Bsp. zum Ottilienberg.

2 nuits passées sur place. S'il n'y a rien à redire sur la qualité de l'hôtel (simplement magnifique) et le confort des chambres, je regrette cependant que le spa, supposé être un endroit de calme et de détente, se soit transformé le samedi en une piscine municipale où les enfants s'amusaient à plonger dans le bassin principal... sous le regard de leurs parents. En attente de la fin des travaux d'extension (visuellement pas pour tout de suite vu l'état d'avancement), le spa est aussi actuellement un peu petit pour accueillir à la fois les résidents de l'hôtel, ceux de la résidence située à 200m et la possibilité d'accueillir les personnes extérieures. En journée la piscine aquatonic est prise d'assaut, mieux vaut y mettre les pieds le matin à l'ouverture pour réellement pouvoir l'apprécier à sa juste valeur. Un bon séjour malgré tout qui aurait pu être exceptionnel sans ces soucis de fréquentation du spa.

contente d'avoir fait la réservation par vos soins

après 550 km nous étions heureux d'arriver à cet bel hotel, réservé par vos soins. premier contact positief MAIS réservé premier etage 2 lits separés!!!(mon mari souffre de claustrophobie, mache avec une canne)... la chambre etait au 4ieme étage!! heureusement la gentille mademoiselle nous a montré 2 chambres au premier etage avec un grand lit. notre probleme etait résolu...ouf!!! nous avos passé 3 jours merveilleux
