"A very enjoyable week in Chania and the Sansal Boutique hotel. Hotel is about 3 minutes walk from the old town waterfront so is ideally located. Some parking is available at the hotel but probably not enough spaces if every guest has a car but there was only one night we couldn’t get a space and there is plenty of free street parking around the hotel. Very friendly staff, in particular Anna Maria on reception and Kostas and Zoe serving breakfast. Hotel has a pool on the roof - probably not...

"Epavli Grace made our stay in Chania incredibly enjoyable. They are a 5-10 minute walk from all of the old town shops and restaurants. The rooms are big and clean - everything brand new. They had a big balcony with a drying rack which was very convenient. They were very accommodating (delivered an iron to the room on request, helped book a taxi to the airport the morning of our flight out). The breakfast was excellent and they had many options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were so attentive - always offering to help with advice or services. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice and constant coffee refills . Great way to start the day. The hotel is in an ideal location around 10 mins walk to the old town. Such a nice walk in too. If you’re driving then the hotel is located not far from the main highway road that goes through all of Crete. Really handy!"

"Beautiful hotel. Staff was awesome from the second we arrived. The rooms with the plunge pools are awesome. Perfect location to sit around and enjoy the company. The food was amazing, also. They do not have an in-house massage service, but the front desk called a mobile massage service and they came to my room within an hour. Perfect visit at a wonderful hotel."
