"Wir hatten zwei nebeneinander liegende Appartments, die in einiger Entfernung zum Haupthotel lagen, sehr sauber, gemütlich und für Familien auch super ausgestattet waren. Allerdings wurden diese während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt, was aber unter Umständen bei Appartments auch üblich sein kann. Aufgrund der Entfernung zum Haupthaus hatten wir auch immer einen Weg zum Frühstücksraum, der für meine 87 jährige Begleitung etwas beschwerlich war, denn dieser war mit einigen Stolperfallen...

"Odd sort of a place - completely deserted by 9pm each of the four nights we were there. Reception was supposed to be open until 9pm but when we returned with keys to the hotel bikes (€9 a day) at 8.45, it seemed long since deserted. "Wir hätten uns sehr über mehr Service und Qualität gefreut. Es fehlte die hotelübliche Saunatasche im Zimmer und pro Person wurde nur ein einziges Handtuch, für den Saunabereich, zur Verfügung gestellt. (Üblicherweise sind es zwei Handtücher.) Es lagen zwei unterschiedliche Sorten Bademäntel im Zimmer (einer hatte ein Muster und war rau, wie Sandpapier/ der andere war ohne Muster und hatte weicheren Stoff). Der eine Bademantel hatte eine abgerissene Schlaufe und an dieser Stelle ein Loch...
