"Nice, central location. All staff were very helpful and polite. Our room was cozy in 10th floor and had super homfortable bed. We really liked breakfast with lot of choices. Also sauna and jacuzzi was very relaxing at the end of the day. "

"Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach."

"On arrival the receptionist was very rude.got to the room i guess it was just ok.def not 4* The sofabed was like sleeping on a wooden board,Food was cold and mostly catered for russians,Bulgarians&Germans,my kids didnt like the food atall,staff in restraunt were very miserable,We asked for table tennis bats staff didnt understand a word we said.pool was freezing.no indoor pool like stated in ad,No washer or dryer either.The friendliest of staff were the cleaners and a nice guy in the snack bar...
