"Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end. After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning. It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help.
