They respond quickly to emails. They picked the perfect room for a quiet stay. For sure will be a repeat customer. Also, the location is ideal for quick access to local historical sites and good restaurants."

"Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. "The property is good overall and Julia at the reception is exceptional. She was very helpful to get us checked in with our toddler daughter traveling with us. This location is good as well to walk around to the Plaza close by and worked out for our needs. "
