"This hotel saved our trip to Cologne. After an awful stay elsewhere the night before, we were able to get a late booking. Our apartment was spacious and cool - in the oppressive heat outside - clean and well equipped with its own small kitchen area and a nice bathroom. The breakfasts were amazing and the pool was nice to use as well, if a little on the cool side. "

"Finding the Asahi hotel it’s pretty straightforward. It is also a boarding house apparently but did not see anyone else staying so perhaps they had a different entrance. The service at the front desk was first rate, Super friendly may check in and check out a breeze. Parking was inexpensive at €15 per day and that covered 24 hours. Parking is assigned and recommend reserving ahead of time. I did not but was still lucky enough to land a spot right by the front door, I will warn you, the spaces...
