Entire staff was extremely helpful from check in to check out. It was our first trip to Amsterdam and we particularly appreciated how helpful they were with giving us pointers on how to navigate the trams and Metro. The location was a bit away from the most crowded tourist attractions but easy to take tram to museums, Anne Frank house etc. also...
