It is quiet, rooms are comfortable and staff, especially at breakfast are delightful. The breakfast selection is huge and high quality with as much coffee or tea (or prosecco) as you want. There are five or six excellent restaurants within easy walking distance and the shopping is amazing. "

"Very well kept property. Very nice & helpful front desk. The location is prime, right on the Grand Canal and less than 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. The rooftop bar has an excellent view of the canal."

"Annia Park was the perfect place to end our vacation in Venice. The airport shuttle was convenient and affordable. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious with superb service. The rooms were modern and comfortable. We had a very early flight so unfortunately did not get to try the breakfast. "
