"Honestly the hotel went above an beyond to accomodate. We stayed in the wellness spa room with panaroma view and balcony .the view was great. Room had a good size jacuzzi and a sauna which was suprisingly good too. Due to an electical fault in the room we had to change rooms. To compensate we were upgraded to a suite. But apart from have a slightly better view to two sides it wasnt all mich better that what we had already. Shower was alot smaller in the upgraded suite. To sum up, if your booking here, you may not wanna leave the room to do anything else in amsterdam! Deffo worth the money. "

"Staff was courteous, polite, and professional. Below ground room was noisy because restaurant and lobby were above it. Overall, this hotel was a great stay and I would recommend it and stay here again just not on any of the rooms that begin with 001 or 002. My overall rating is good to excellent. "

"I was very pleasantly surprised with this unique property. It was an excellent stay. The staff was excellent: very accommodating. The room very clean and comfy. Loved the technology in the room with light effects if you choose. The shower and bed were amazing! I would do it again if I could. Highly recommend!"
