"The location and view is awesome. The hotel is in a great location, with a perfect view of the Jacksonville skyline and the St. John’s river(dolphins included). The hotel itself is a bit dated but the staff was top notch."

"Everything was very nice, Starbucks sold in the morning doesn’t do blended cold drinks (fraps). Breakfast bar is good, good quality ingredients. A little more on the expensive side. Kitchen staff and bartender were very kind. Cleaning staff ladies were kind. Will be booking here every time I’m in town! "

"I would have to say an air fryer would have been nice and more utensils. Sturdier beds, and dining chairs would also have been nice. Also more toilet paper, the communication in the beginning was a bit delayed, the times for check-out was also a bit confusing because the website said one thing while the emails I’ve received said another. However, the overall stay was great! And I was able to get everything I needed."
