"The bungalow was nice, but unfortunately the AC was broken and a tech was dispatched promptly after hours. The management found us another home in the area which more than met our expectations. Overall the home was as described, had a great location and it appeared to be relatively safe for the short amount of time we spent there. We absolutely appreciated the customer service’s promptness and professionalism"

"This was such a cute property. We absolutely loved it. We did not use the bikes as everything was well within walking distance. We were in town for a wedding and never been to the area. We had an amazing time just walking through the downtown area of Riverside. Get food a Publix and Walgreens just down the road. Very cool places to stop in for a drink and relax. The unit we rented was located perfectly not far from the highway and was very easy to find. Bed was comfortable and all the amenities we needed. A very well thought out layout. Plenty of storage and relaxing areas. I’d 100% stay here again."

"Everything was clean and amazing! Great communication with the host! We were in town for our daughter’s softball tournament and the house was perfect for 2 families. The only thing I would think that would make it better is 2 full baths but we made it work with 7 people and had hot water for everyone!"

"Everything was very nice and clean. The only issue we had was that listing is for 4 people however there’s only 1 bed. So, 1 of us had to sleep on the couch. Overall, nice place and close to everything!!"

"My husband, 3 year old and I were in town for my husband’s Ironman race. After having a terrible experience at a hotel that was under construction, muggy/dusty and not clean at all, I frantically looked on VRBO to see if I could find something. I found this guesthouse and it ended up being perfect! Booked it and checked in the following day. The hosts are very quick at responding to messages, the house was clean and cozy and in the perfect location we needed. If we ever come back to Jacksonville, this is where we’ll stay! Highly recommend."
