Large, modern rooms. Excellent breakfasts. Friendly and helpful staff. Had free electric bikes to use which were incredible. Only downside is 10-15 walk downhill into town. Might be a problem for someone who is not fit (coming back up the hill). Would definitely stay there again.

Where to begin ? The hotel was a perfect stay for my first time visiting Italy, specifically the dolomites. The location was in a beautiful town pretty central to the much tourist driven locations. This is a beautiful hotel within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and chairlifts in Ortisei. Rooms were well equipped, clean and had beautiful views. Breakfasts and dinners were outstanding. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

Excellent experience for all family members. Great breakfats are included (half board means free for guests). Dinner at hotel are sumptuous and elegant with wonderful services. Bar and wine selection are superb. Our room has a enormous balcony facing the immense meadow and far away mountain range. We traveled Italy for our honeymoon and Sonus Alpis was by far our favorite hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Location is great for hiking and the restaurant was served 10/10 food. We will be back!

Very nice hotel in Ortisei, excellent breakfast and dinner options with very diverse meals. There are two swimming pools and an indoor play room which was great for our kids. There are a few different types of rooms - some are older and some are new.

Room was comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Service was great. Within walking distance to Dantercëpies lift. Free parking for rentals. Nice outdoor seating area with majestic views for winding down after a memorable trek.

A wonderful hotel just off the beaten path from the main square. 15 minute walk to town. Very amicable and helpful staff except maybe the one bartender/waiter who tended the bar the evening we were there. Would highly recommend.

The staff was very professional and helpful. Check in process was smooth, housekeeping always had the rooms ready at the end of the day, great breakfast and for winter activities one of the better locations near the Ciampinoi gondola and start of the SellaRonda.

Well managed hotel from bottom to top. Service was consistently warm, competent and professional. The gourmet food at dinner greatly exceeded our expectations. Sparklingly clean facilities — including bedrooms, bathrooms, restaurant, spa, everything was in perfect condition throughout our stay. Would recommend
