"Place was beautiful, room was spacious and had everything we needed. Excellent service and a huge shout out to “Ziggy” at the front desk. Upon check in we mentioned that a person in our party doesn’t eat seafood. Ziggy explained that without the advance notice, they are unable to promise that the menu could be changed. However, they were able to be change her menu for both dinner and breakfast! Thank you Ziggy!! We appreciate you!!"

Our room had traditional tatami mats, a view into a small garden and a glorious bathroom with a mini-onsen bath, supplied direct from the source. The main onsen is serene, with indoor and outdoor baths. The bathrooms are generously supplied with a choice of beauty products. We had dinner included, a sumptuous, traditional meal.
