"The hotel has a lot of architectural charm, and the rooms were clean, modern, and had all the essential basics. The small rooftop pool is a pleasant spot to relax, though it would be great if they offered drinks there and added more sunbeds. The lobby bar was okay, albeit a bit slow. I wasn't able to try the food or restaurant options during this visit."

"We loved this hotel!! Literally a 5 minute walk to the beach (Ondaretta — soft sand, beautiful ocean, extremely clean bathrooms/change rooms/lockers), 30secs to all the key bus lines for easy transit but also extremely walkable to La Concha beach, the Old Town and Zurriola beach. 7-10 minute walk to the funicular for Monte Igueldo, and just a bit further to the Comb if the Wind sculptures. Such an amazing location.
Also, we had the breakfast buffet included in our stay, and we loved it — lots...
"The staff is so rude, they gave us a room that had crawling cockroaches in the mattress, the wifi signal is terrible because you are on a cliff on the outer side of town and no 5G signal is available; the property is understaffed there was only one person for the bar so drinks took more than 30 minutes ro be ready, the staff only moved us to the room next door because of the insects no compensation was ever made and they told us it was not the first time it happened, if it wasn’t for the view...
"We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return, especially for a longer visit. We stayed in a room with a balcony facing the beach and kitchenette, which was well worth the upgrade. Having a balcony made a big difference—we loved relaxing there each evening and watching the sunset. It was the perfect way to end the day.
