"The hotel is in a really great location and is surrounded by plenty of places to eat and drink, as well as being only a few minutes walk from local bus, tram and metro services. My room faced onto an inner courtyard so I could not hear any of the hustle and bustle of the streets outside however the property is quite small with all rooms in close proximity on the same floor so...

"Eibarrooms is in an excellent barycentric location for visiting Bilbao, San Sebastian, the coast and the hinterland. The self-check-in offered by the property is very convenient. The facility is modern and functional. Clean room and huge bathroom (my room was #7). I just report some difficulties in parking the car near the hotel. Some possibility to find parking along the “Otaola Hiribidea” street close to ALDI."

"Great location in the old town and a comfortable room with good facilities - had everything we needed including a fridge, kettle etc. This hotel is fine if you're happy with a totally impersonal style of accommodation with no reception or face to face contact - just a key code. There is another hotel from the same chain further up the road with a staffed reception but no-one at all at the Arriaga."

"I was nervous about staying here after reading some negative reviews but needn’t have worried. I didn’t receive the door codes so called when I arrived and the woman I spoke to was really helpful - she sent me them on WhatsApp. She stayed on the phone to make sure I could enter the property. The room (3 single beds) was decorated nicely and was really clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a water dispenser in the hallway and maps etc. Both bathrooms were spacious and very clean...

"This was superb, our room was so beautiful French doors opening out to a terrace with views out over St Jean de Luis. The bed was so comfortable linens were of the highest quality , Our room and the property were furnished with beautiful antiques and collections. A very personalised accomodation . Breakfast was excellent . We wished we could have stayed longer. A bit of a hike down the steep hill to the town and restaurants. Best to take the car down. But the view from this property was well...

"The location near Plaza Moyua is perfect for the airport bus and getting down to Bilbao Old Town. Nice and quiet at night even though its central location. I would stay here again if need be. Althought the check in was really slow for whatever reason I will never know. The check out was worse. Even though we could show that the booking was fully paid for the guy was adament that we had not paid even though the credit card digits matched what was on our booking.
