"The location was amazing but also led to the downside of my stay. I stayed 8 nights for a work trip and whilst I loved the small kitchenette and living area, I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable, the temperature hard to control properly (woke up cold repeatedly), and the street noise from the light rail, sirens, and general street noise (roadworks, people socialising) woke me often. I thought I’d use the pool but didn’t (is is next to and visible from reception). My fav pick for Sydney CBD...

"From check-in to checkout the staff were always polite and friendly, they always went above and beyond for their guests. The room was very clean and well stocked. The bed wss extremely comfortable. We had dinner at the in house restaurant, all mrals were fresh and a good size. We also had the buffet breakfast and the assortment of different dishes was great. "I really feel like I'm outside Sydney it feels like a sanctuary retreat with such close distance from city centre. The staff are so friendly and kind to us. Accomodating to my husband's need whose mobility is such a challenge. Fresh air, zoo tours are such wonderful experience! We could also admire the Koala just right outside the windows from our hotel room."

"I reckon every time house keeping comes in they should replace towels and sheets , as we stayed for more then 3 nights and noticed the first time they came in they used the same sheets. We knew it was the same sheets because we took them off the first night and left it on the floor and we came back and noticed the same sheets were on the bed. Besides that we enjoyed our stay staff were very friendly and welcoming, Will definitely be back in the future. "

"On the street parking is difficult. I wouldn’t recommend it as you have to move every couple hours. As for parking on site - this needs to be prearranged and then is quite expensive. I definitely think Uber or public transport is the best option. The king superior room with a balcony was just the best thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was extra. The shops within an easy walking and having the beach directly across the road was the biggest bonus. The staff were amazing and very helpful and...
