"An out of season trip for whale watching. Early in the season so limited success there. Hotel was really clean and comfortable. The honeymoon sweet was lovely. Breakfast choice was nice and the distance from the centre was a 10min walk. The location is very good to the coastal walk. "

"Beautiful property facing the Fynbos and the Ocean at Hermanus. Clear view of the Southern Right whales during whale season located in one of the best spots to see them as well. Steps to the beautiful Cliff Path walk for a morning or afternoon walk and 10 minutes by car to the center of town. Couldn’t be better located in my opinion. The entire staff is ready to help you with anything you need and fully interested in providing you a warm welcoming experience. The breakfast options every morning...

"It was a lovely guest house. Great position for all the restaurants and shops. Breakfast isn't on site but the cafe where you can get breakfast is close by, either by car or a lovely walk. The air-conditioning unit was very noisy and when load shedding took place it stopped working as there is no inverter or solar for backup,when the power goes down. "

Stewart and his wife Will, run a great business, really friendly and engaging and everything is top quality, from towels to bedding and loads of lovely detail. "Large property with many rooms, all beautifully decorated. Do not expect any views though. Walled property in a neighbourhood. Service was always friendly. The one big disappointment was that my room was not sound proof as advertised. I could follow full conversations from the room next door and every little noise could be heard. This made it uncomfortable to be as quiet as a mouse when the people were in the room. The breakfast was underwhelming and can be improved. I have stayed at 5...

"Pleasant stay but many nicer places in Hermanus. 10 minute walk to town. Owner was rather intense in communications. Parking not easy to get in or out of tho we were lucky and got the one more accessible space. Although spa and free bike rentals mentioned in Hotels.com information there was no sight or mention of either.on site . "
