You get access to the Bains, with the hotel providing with bathrobe and towels, and an underground tunnel to easily access the pools. "Very convenient location for both the main sights of the old town and the train station. Helpful staff. I had booked a small room but it was fine in terms of size. A bit noisy early in the morning but it was on a main road so to be expected. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Free tea, coffee and ice cream available."
