"Clean beaches. Quiet, beautiful view of the Marina, quick access to/from the airport. Laura @ the Marina pool bar was always so cheerful, friendly and amazing at her job! Nanya in Housekeeping kept our suite very clean. The check-in was slow & frustrating. Bovin Steak House was overpriced. service/food was not up to expectations for the price. My steak was well-done instead of medium-rare & so my wife was done her dinner before my replacement came out. Neither the Chef nor the Manager came out or offered anything for our dinner. We found the small grocer on site had any extras we needed and were very nice. Would stay again and would definitely stay in the same suite."

The food is among the best I've had when traveling, the staff were so, so helpful anytime I needed assistance and the room was beautiful and relaxing to come back to after a long day on the road. "Every staff member was exceptionally polite and helpful! The room was just amazing as it very clean and the ocean front view was just spectacular! It was a short walk to many restaurants and the little strip, or they will call you a taxi for your transportation needs, if needed. I would definitely stay here again, and the scenery is just amazing the clear ocean water was just delightful!"

"We absolutely loved it there, what really make this place amazing are the people, they treat you as family. Big S/O to Nelson or Oscar (i got his name confused the whole time) at the front desk, to the bartender at Verenda restaurant, to my two Dominicans new friends (Yari) at the Veranda Market and restaurant. Overall, big S/O to all the staff, the cleaning lady assigned to our room Ms Preciouse, what a wonderful lady. The hotel even gave us a free upgrade to a water front apartment. Great place to stay, spacious rooms/apartments, clean property overall, laundry with detergent and softener included, clean gym, free parking and always some sort of activities going on. It was our second visit to Oyster Bay in 3 months, first visit was in February 2026 for 5 days then we went back again in May 2026 for 10 days. We strongly recommend this hotel."
