"We stayed at Rockies 2428 for the Balloon fest at Steamboat. It was hot (87 degrees) and there is no air conditioning. There are ceiling fans which helped a little! We had to sleep with the windows and doors open. The walls and ceiling are so thin we heard everything our neighbors did. The upstairs neighbors were so loud!
