"Location, location! The rooms were quite nice, and updated. The curb appeal does not match the inside, so don’t put too much into the exterior. Rooms were very comfortable."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The location was nice, it was just a bit out of the downtown area, but close enough to get there easily. My only complaint is that the mattress had seen better days. It was a big saggy. Normally any Marriott property can boast an excellent mattress. Perhaps my stay was just at the end the cycle. But otherwise it is a great property."

"I’m not sure I have the words to adequately rave about this property and its hosts! Unlike other mountain rentals by property management companies, I never had concerns about this stay. Prior to the weekend, I’d had enough messages with the hosts that I felt like I was borrowing the condo of friends.Elle and Coleman are excellent/quick communicators and truly care about their guests. Their instructions were clear and simple. The building is in the PERFECT location in Steamboat, and it was stocked with snacks to sustain my teens after a later than expected arrival. There’s enough space here to host plenty of people, with everything you need in the kitchen to cook a delicious meal. It also feels cozy and “homey.” They’ve done a fantastic job with decor, linens, and all the things! Beds were super comfy, and it was a treat to roll out of bed and walk a half-block to Winona’s for breakfast - and then explore the Farmer’s market and all that downtown has to offer.Highly, highly recommend!!"

"Our second time staying and perfect place for traveling w families. So convenient to pack/unpack, close to downtown, and love the outdoor spaces and game room. Also super convenient to Safeway, Starbucks, and Walgreens, as well as food options. Nothing fancy or extravagant but recently updated, new, modernized, and hidden gem for a trip to Steamboat. We plan to return again next year!"

"The townhouse was perfect for our recent visit to Steamboat Springs! It is located just steps from the main downtown strip and was very dog-friendly. Being very close to a park on the Yampa River was great for multiple daily walks with the pup and provided amazing views. After reading the previous posts regarding the size of the garage, we opted to take our Nissan Murano. It was perfect with no room to spare for entry but enough to exit your vehicle, once in. Plenty of dining and local boutique shopping options within walking distance. Having a bedroom with a bathroom located upstairs and one downstairs allows for enough privacy for a small family or couples. The main floor offers a kitchen, family room, and half bath, which gave enough separation to not disturb those in the bedrooms. The townhouse was also clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!"
