"My lights would not work and I tried to get help and nobody could help and it was the middle of the night unfortunately. And there was no fridge so I could not keep my leftovers from my favorite restaurant cold and had to throw them away 💔"
"We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Our goal was to stay in a decent hotel with an elevator and near the SMNovella train station, and we hit it spot on! From there you can walk to or take a short bus ride to anywhere. The hotel itself was really nice and the staff were all friendly, helpful and spoke English well, and it’s nice to have a buffet breakfast with a good selection every day! The AC was adequate. They put us on the top floor with no view, just a skylight which we didn’t...
"Space was small and the air con is central. We did not have control of the air con and had to call the reception each time we needed to alter the temperature."
"This hotel is definitely NOT a 4*, more like a 2/3* motel. It’s handy if you want to be close to Florence airport but not if you want explore the historic part - that’s a 10 minute walk to the tram and then 8 stops being flung about on a jerky tram, because there are no seats. I regret not paying more for somewhere closer. The hotel room itself is clean, but the decor is tired, scuffed and in need of a refurb. The bed is very firm and there are no USB ports for charging, which is odd in this day...
"The hotel’s location is excellent—away from the chaos but still close to the main Florence attractions. We were able to walk almost everywhere, which was very convenient.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooftop bar, restaurant, and pool were wonderful. The property is very well located and offers some great amenities.
The room was okay, The bathroom, in particular, is poorly designed. It is quite small, yet has a large sink, toilet, and bathtub, leaving very little space to...
"The room was small but manageable. Location was good and walkable if you don’t mind 20 min walks which is a long time if you’re trying to get some where. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast had a large variety. Dinner was good. Limited choices though. Loved the cool water in the automatic fountains. Went Sept 8-10. Hotel was a bit pricey for my taste but cute hotel. Had a gym but didn’t use it. The beds were 2 twin size and we pushed them together. We were too tired to ask for a full size or...
"Enjoyed our stay. But be for warned the configuration of the Hotel is quite strange, and it seems like a fire hazard. You have to go up and downstairs just to get to the elevator. The room was strange, with a sauna when you walked in. The window had no view. For what you are paying you should get more. The breakfast was served in a very small room."
