"Beautiful spa with amazing facilities. The buffet which was €27 was absolutely delicious and very well priced. The people that work are very helpful and courteous. I don't 5 star often at all and I have reviewed over 200 hotels and resorts but this one deserves the ratings. Be aware though some of the paperwork says 10am checkout but it is actually 11am. Again absolutely wonderful people throughout. Also spa prices for wellness were very reasonable. "

"The hotel reception staff is kind and helpful. The room needs a facelift. Beds and bathroom especially. Upon entering it smelled old, but after airing out the room it got better. The toilet smelled like urine although it appeared clean. The pool and playground for kids were great. We spent a lot of time there. The location is phenomenal and quiet. "Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt aber es gab einige Punkte die nicht für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sprechen. Positiv war die nächtliche Hilfe als wir den Schlüssel nicht gefunden haben. Es ist ein schönes Hotel hat aber hier und da Verbesserungspotential. "
