"The hotel was in a perfect location, within walking distance of several of the city’s main tourist attractions. It was also conveniently located near several wonderful restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel itself was just okay. The furniture in the room felt outdated, and while the staff were professional and did their jobs, they were rather lukewarm. I’m accustomed to hotel staff being more welcoming and enthusiastic when checking in guests, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the experience...

"Friendly and attentive staff."

"They need better pillows as they're so soft it makes it very hard to fall asleep. The rest was nice and would happily return but pillows need to be firmer in order for better sleep quality."

"Wonderful hotel that could not be closer to the airport. My room was spotless, if not a bit dated. The bed and other furniture were all high quality and comfortable as were the linens and towels. The breakfast buffet is huge and everything I tried was excellent. I also had a room service dinner from the restaurant that was absolutely delicious. Every employee that I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant, were kind, helpfu and friendly and helped make my stay perfectly delightful."
