Incredible!!!! 10/10.. cannot get over how large our room and balcony was. After traveling Italy for three weeks this was the perfect 2 day escape that felt like home. Excellent bedding and pillows. Super friendly staff. It was perfection!!!!!

We found Raffaello to be a great hotel. Staff were eager to make our stay comfortable. The room was immaculate. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. From there multiple cities are easily accessible including Pesaro is a 20 minute ride. The train tracks run right past the hotel, however the rooms are well insulated with quadruple pain windows. The hotel is located in a somewhat hidden but very quiet area. My family and I stayed there for 4 nights and I must say we had a great time. The building is new, and direct access to the room by car is a plus. Cleanliness is excellent, as is the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. Breakfast was good. Highly recommended.

We were treated like royalty. Roberta welcomed us to the villa which is just beautiful. Our room was immaculate. She arranged dinner reservations. She made sure we had tea and a snack. Breakfast was to order. She is just so lovely. We had no idea about Fano - were there for a meeting - and it, too, delighted us. We are returning!

This is a beautiful hotel with outstanding service. The staff were always friendly and delighted Americans were staying. The food in the hotel restaurant for breakfast was excellent. And, for dinner tremendous! The section of beach included with our stay was very convenient and perfect. There are staff on the beach to serve you with towels and beverages. You really need a car. But you get so many nice beaches and cultural things to do, that you wont spend all the time at the same places. The hotel is new and everything perfect. Just for a familie with two kids, the room is to small. Breakfast is nice and the orange juce everyday fresh!!!

Thank you positive experience only thing was bathroom curtain it was like a sheer white so bathed in day instead of night. Overall very positive experience super friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful property with lots of hiking nearby and the amazing Frasassi Cave. The staff was friendly and the front desk workers spoke English.

We really enjoyed our stay, it felt like luxury without it being in your face. Breakfast was fine, lots of cakes and pastries. The room was comfortable and I think all of them have small balconies, that was a major plus. The art was different but cool. And the bagno attached to the hotel, it is separate, but two loungers and an umbrella was only €23 for the day. The pool was also a really nice and refreshing option. This is a great hotel with great views of the port. Our only complaint is not knowing how many steps there are to reach the hotel with luggage. We walked from the port and its quite an incline. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.
