Gaida was answering my airport to hotel transfer questions even before I arrived. Janie, the housekeeper, was incredible. The views from the Terrace (and Gabriel, the barman there) are great! Two areas of the facilities need attention - the main entrance revolving doors weren't working automatically and even though I stayed for a week, Iit was still not fixed by the end of my stay. The wall sockets for phone chargers or laptops, etc need to be modernized - need to be universal.or at least have a USB port. Otherwise, overall, a great place to stay! The staff make the stay a really fantastic experience. "
