"The first room we were assigned to hadn't been visited by roomkeeping quite yet. They got us a different room immediately and gave us vouchers for breakfast immediately and were apologetic, no worries. The internet was fine, however stopped allowing access at some point during the night, which was disappointing. We didnt use the pool or hot tub."

"Room was nice enough. Extension cords were a bit odd. One from the wall around behind the bed to power the opposite side nightstand and one for the fridge to be plugged into. There was absolutely no hot water in the shower but the sink had hot water. Amanda in The Corner Office was great, an hour and a half to have dinner at 9pm with not many other customers was a bit puzzling. Elevators were so small. Front desk staff was nice enough to offer a dinner voucher and breakfast vouchers for my wife's birthday, that was about as far as their niceties went. Front desk customer service could use a dose of 'happy to be here,' with a bit more smiles and friendliness and less 'ugh I hate my job.' Customer service unfortunately just isn't what it used to be. "

"The lobby welcome area is very warm, rooms are classic Kimpton. Had a lot of trouble with the Googlecast on the TV."

"Everything is so unique and actually well priced for the quality. I was always impressed with the service and I absolutely love the 0 waste approach. Stellar Jays was the highlight of our trip by far, the arctic char brought me to tears. No im not being dramatic. Also they plant a tree for every night you stay there which means so much.
