"Nicely located comfortable and friendly. Condition of the hotel is a bit dated these days but the room was comfortable and quiet. There was no proper shower in the room only a jacuzzi bath (who uses those these days). Having a shower was difficult with a short lead shower hose. "

"This is an excellent hotel from rooms to staff to location. The Michelin star restaurant on-site makes it wonderful. - Lunch: The service at the other restaurant on property with different staff is not always on top of things. (Some of the Michelin staff start their day here, and they are amazing.) - Breakfast buffet is fabulous. Two points to note: - pillows are standard stiff foam and no options are available. "Last minute plan and found great hotel. From street looks ok but it goes way back to beautiful grounds and buildings. Large beautiful room great helpful staffwentoutof way to meet all needs stayed here to be near palace of caserta unfortunately closed on Tuesday. Got a late checkout until 4 no charge. Late flight. Good restaurant nearby"

"Pre-paid two nights for a room (overpriced), last minute through Hotels.com. The front desk claimed it was an accident, and they didn't have the inventory. So they gave me a horrific room, with no AC in the middle of July, and a window that did not open. I left after five minutes, and lost the entire amount of the stay. No refund, or contact from the hotel as to happened? Maybe there are better rooms, maybe there is better service at a different time, but I will never try again. "
