"Basically it's a great hotel. No major complaints. However two issues. In the reception area there was a strong smell of some kind of air freshener - for us it was far too strong and definitely not pleasant. Also there was no desk-type set up for a laptop in our room - a surprising omission. There was just one small table which was not sufficiently solid to enable easy use of a laptop."

"Domaine du Gouverneur was a very beautiful and unique hotel. We went as a young family of 4 combining business and leisure, and really loved it! Staff were so very friendly, particularly those at the La Table restaurant, truly very kind and attentive. The family room itself was really lovely.
