Wir mussten knapp einen Kilometer weit weg parken (der Parkplatz wurde uns zugewiesen durch das Personal) und den Weg zu Fuß zurücklegen. "Der eigene Badestrand am Fuschl see war sehr idyllisch. Sogar WC Anlagen sind vorhanden, die etwas gepflegter sein könnten. Leider konnte man nicht in den see gehen weil der Sand eher sumpfähnlich ist. Aber das ist vermutlich dem wetter geschuldet"

"Incredible views, great food, kind staff that helped my daughter with a bee sting, comfy room with huge bathroom which is rare. My only recommendation is that they put screens on windows in the summer so without air conditioning you can have windows open for the evening breeze without bees/spiders coming in. "Great hotel. We stayed in Fuschl to easily access the Salzkammergut area.
The hotel has great amenities such as an arcade. It even has a piano you could play. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Note Fuschl does not really have a lot of restaurants and the convenient store barely opens - so it simply wasn't a base for lunch/dinner for us. The hotel has dinner but we did not try.
Also note there is no A/C. The night air was cool but we had to sleep with the balcony door open.

"Very impressed with the property, amenities and staff. Spacious clean rooms, nice spa area, and 5 min drive from the lake. My favourite was the peaceful inner yard area where we’d have breakfast and cocktail after dinner. Dinner menu offers meals with ingredients sourced from local farmers! Staff is very kind and attentive. Bed was a little stiff to my liking, but it’s a matter of taste."
