"Nice location that’s close to Plaza de Armas but not right on the plaza which helped it be a bit quieter. We had three separate stays in this hotel in between other activities. The first room we stayed in looked down into their outside dining area. It was a bit noisy in the mornings when breakfast started up. The walls were also somewhat thin and we could hear people clearly in the hallway. The other two rooms didn’t have this problem and were quieter. The property was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. They also stored our luggage for us while we went on a multi day trek. "

The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of special touches and decor and the staff went above and beyond to help me when I had to delay my stay for a night due to travel delays."
