"The hygienic conditions were horrible, the toilets near the bars and restaurants were very dirty, a bad smell came out of the toilet in the room. The restaurant with buffet was dirty in the area of fries, with food thrown on the counter. Food in general was not good, but the cakes and pastries were excellent."

"We were looking for a place to stay while traveling around and got that and more!!! The place is beautiful and peaceful. It is actually a place where you can stay for a few days just to relax. The rooms are clean and comfy. The amenities are great. Really recommend. "

"The hotel was quite a disappointment. We were there as a couple and had booked all-inclusive. However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for. Included in the all inclusive package was the food, which was more or less the same every day and only water and wine from a tap to drink. We drank from plastic glasses. Every other drink, such as cola, had to be paid for separately with a card at 3.50 per can. I have never experienced...

"Don't worry about the road condition (a bit pot holed and worn) or the slightly difficult to find hotel entrance, the stay was great. The room was large and immaculately clean. Though our limited Italian caused a few laughable glitches (or fault not the staff), the service could not have been better. The food was excellent and overly abundant. Every request was met with a friendly response, quickly filled, and above and beyond what we expected. Most hotels with the amenities and service...

"We were the only British there and all other guests seemed to be Italian which was fine by us....it is Italy after all but it may not suit everyone. We travelled around Puglia and Basilicata and this was the place where English was least spoken and so our bit of Italian learned before travelling came in very handy. "We would definitely recommend this property, just highlighting a lot of confusion around dining table assignments, and that for some reasons the outdoor one kept being moved under the sun despite plenty of availability under the shaded areas and us moving the tables every time clearly annoyed of the sun. Another element of improvement we would have liked is availability of water bottle refilling stations around the property."

"Reserved this hotel because of the hot tubs on the roof and checking in they informed they are never available till November sometime. No where does it say that in advertising, only pictures of the hot tubs on the main page. Disappointing. Having said that it was clean and comfortable in a nice town to walk at night."
