"Grand looking hotel in a great location opposite the main shopping area and an easy walk from the station and football museum. There is also a u-bahn station right opposite. Excellent value for money. Everything ok and worked fine. Just a few niggles.There were no English language TV channels, the bedroom smelled slightly of smoke and check in was slow as there was only one person. There was no aircon (i knew that) and the nights were quite hot. "

Diese Verfahrensweise finden wir sehr unpraktisch. Besser ist da das gewohnte Schild für die Tür. Natürlich muss der beauftragte Service auch später kontrollieren, ob noch Zimmer eine Reinigung...

"No food available when we arrived tired and hungry. No room service. We had to go back out at 10.40pm looking for a restaurant nearby that was still open or else eat fast food. This is not the standard we expect from Mercure."
