"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

"Having the toilet and shower separately was quite inconvenient. Room was located at the other side of hotel where it was accessible with only one lift and lift took ages to arrive most times. Curtains werent long enough so the sun still managed to shine in. Would prefer blackout curtains. Location was good but probably wouldnt stay again. Room was so so as well"

"Very beautiful hotel with an incredible view of the KL tower. Both the Silker Monkey and Wok Star had amazing food. The hotel room itself was very unique and chic. Close walking distance to the Twin Towers and Saloma Bridge. Staff were very friendly and accommodating! "
