"This was an OK hotel but it’s the little things that matter. English was non existent with the staff, the heating/cooling in the room wouldn’t adjust and it was on 25 degrees the whole time when it was 35 outside. At times it felt hotter inside the hotel than outside, even in the foyer. As for the breakfast offering, well that was just plain bad. Won’t stay here again"

The baths were nice with very nice amenities. They would stock my room each day with fresh fruit and crackers and water which was great. The location is excellent with shops and restaurants very close by along with a beautiful park. When I return to Yuyao in a few months this will be the place that I stay again. This hotel is great...

"This hotel is 5 star but some of the stars have fallen off. The rooms are comfortable and clean but could really do with refurbishing. The hotel is very quiet and dated there are better hotels near by, sorry."
